Wash and Care
- For the first wash, dry cleaning is recommended.
- Hand wash separately in cold water with mild liquid detergents.
- Iron on reverse.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not wring.
- Dry in shade.

Natural-dyed colours might bleed during the first few washes. In the process of hand block-printing, embroidery and stitching, variations are likely to occur. Visibility of threads in cloth is an innate feature of a handwoven fabric or fabric produced on a loom, and is a proof of authenticity. These are not to be considered defects.

Shipping & payment
Domestic shipping: ₹99 per order; free for orders worth ₹5,000 or above.
Dispatch: Within 5 working days for domestic orders and 6 working days for international orders, except customized orders.
Domestic delivery: Standard 5–10 working days; express 3–5 working days.
International courier: Express and Economy options for Malaysia, Singapore and Dubai city. Prices start at ₹1,200 and depend on the destination and number of products. Two products are estimated as 500g; rates up to four products (1kg) are shown at checkout. Larger parcels require a quote.
Transit after dispatch: Malaysia/Singapore: Express 6–8 working days, Economy 12–15 working days. Dubai: Express 3–6 working days, Economy 6–9 working days.
Returns & exchange
Domestic returns: Request within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. Each order is eligible once, with a ₹100 return fee and store credit for ordinary returns.
Exclusions: Customized or altered products, sarees with fall and edging, and sale products are not refundable under the supplied policy.
Defects: Email info@aashimawahal.com within 24 hours of delivery with the Order ID and a photograph of the defect.
Cancellation: Within 24 hours of placing a domestic order and before dispatch.
