Returns/Exchange/Cancellation Policy
Note For Return & Exchange:
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
- All tags, bags, the product should be intact.
- Sarees with fall & edging and customised products cannot be returned or exchanged
- Return/Exchange request that is not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted
- The product would be picked up within 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
- Customization charges are Rs. 300/-. Alterations would be done only once for the customized orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
- Products bought during sale are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount within 10-15 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation by dropping us a mail at info@aashimawahal.com
Return Policy
- If you have received the Product in a bad condition or the packaging is tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and notify us immediately on our helpline no. +91-8551647918 or drop us a mail at info@aashimawahal.com mentioning the Order ID. Post validation, replacement will be sent with no additional cost.
- If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at info@aashimawhal.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
Exchange Policy:

Exchange due to size issues can be done within 10 days of receiving your order for all online orders. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. You can raise your exchange request by dropping us a mail at info@aashimawhal.com . You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted
- Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
- No exchange request would be accepted if the exchange request is raised after 10 days of receiving the shipment. Incase of exceptional cases please write to us at info@aashimawhal.com
- You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.
- Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of Rs. 99 would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
- Exchange would not be accepted for the customized order.
- If you want to exchange the product you ordered with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
- If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be refunded back to you. You can also opt for credit note for the balance amount, which can be used for your next purchase.
- Once you opt for credit note , you cannot en-cash it later .
- Products bought during sale are non-refundable
- Exchange is possible only once. If you opt to exchange the product the 2nd time, you would have to bear the reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges , which would cost you Rs. 250.
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
- If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
- If incase you want to return the products, the shipping, customs or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non refundable.
- If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by dropping us a mail at info@aashimawhal.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product after investigation.
- We do not have a return or exchange policy for international customers .
