Returns/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

Domestic Orders:

  1. Only Returns are accepted, no Exchange.
  2. Each order is eligible for a return only once.
  3. A flat fee of INR.100 is applicable for all returns.
  4. Refund is made in terms of Store credit Only
  5. AW has a non-refundable flat shipping rate of INR 99 per order and INR 150 in case of express deliveries.
  6. If you have received the Product in a bad condition or the packaging is tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and notify us immediately on our helpline no. +91-7217624827 or drop us a mail at info@aashimawahal.com mentioning the Order ID. Post validation, replacement will be sent with no additional cost.
  7. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) by mailing us at info@aashimawhal.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.
  8. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.

    The table below describes the return/cancellation policy, subject to the main Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, for use of this website for services provided by AW.

    Kurtas Return due to size or fit issues can be done within 7 days of receiving your order for all online orders. Tags should be intact and the product should be unused
    Damaged Product Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged.  ‘Damage’ does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.
    Customized Products No exchanges or refunds will be made against customized garments or which have been altered by the customers.
    Cancellation Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order before the shipment has been dispatched. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount within 10-15 working days. Once you receive your shipment, then it’s only eligible only for return.
    Reverse Pickup/Shipping Cost A flat fee of INR.100 is applicable for all returns

     


    Note For Return & Exchange:
    • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
    • All tags, bags, the product should be intact.
    • Sarees with fall & edging and customised products cannot be returned or exchanged
    • Return request that is not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted
    • The product would be picked up within 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
    • Customization charges are Rs. 300/-. Alterations would be done only once for the customized orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
    • Products bought during sale are non-refundable 

     

      International Orders:
      1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
      2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
      3. If incase you want to return the products, the shipping, customs or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
      4. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non refundable.
      5. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by dropping us a mail at info@aashimawhal.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product after investigation.
